But what’s Guest Inn?
The philosophy of Guest Inn, the first Greek Network of Rural Accommodation is to display and promote small tourist accommodation via the Internet, as well as to suggest and provide the traveller with accommodation which complies with specific common quality standards, such as friendly welcome, comfortable staying, attended architecture and particular location.

Can anyone become a member of Guest Inn?
The common quality label derives from a thorough and ad hoc investigation of the Greek traditional rural accommodation. For the members of Guest Inn that are put together and promoted under the Guest Inn label, which stands for nature, freedom and getaway of the real traveller, are not selected at random. The sunflowers (1, 2, 3) classify the standard of the accommodation and help you to find the member perfectly matching your desires.

Is there something similar abroad?
This Greek French partnership started in 2003 by two experienced women professionals of the European tourist field. Thus it can be compared to and compete the other respective European theme networks such as Gites de France, Farm UK, Gites de Wallonie in Belgium and others.
Guest Inn is an official member of EuroGites, the European Federation of Farm and Village Tourism (www.eurogites.com).

Which is the aim
Its aim is to project the beautiful Greek countryside as well as the small but extremely interesting tourist units, which are located in the island as well as the mainland of Greece, regardless of the tight framework of the “peak season”.

The existence of Guest Inn has a double interest
Firstly, it concerns the Greek as well as the foreign traveller who is interested in getting to know and spend his/her vacation in unknown places of natural beauty all over Greece.
Secondly, it concerns the entrepreneur of the small remarkable traditional rural accommodation units, which are usually located in regions still unspoiled in terms of tourism, but less advertised, who is interested in reaching the right visitors not only during peak seasons but also all year round.
