Both maisonettes and the studio are luminous, functional and tastefully decorated.
The two maisonettes, 65 m2 each, dispose with: equipped kitchen, living room with a bed-sofa for two persons (an extra bed can be added) and a toilet at the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is a double room (2 single beds), bathroom (with bathtub) and a terrace.
Both maisonettes have furnished terraces; 55m2 the one (maisonette superior) and 15 m2 the other.
The one-room studio of 45m2, situated at the ground floor of the house, consists of: equipped kitchen, living room, 2 beds (an extra bed can be added), bathroom with shower and furnished terrace of 30m2.
Both maisonettes and the studio dispose with heating, air-condition, coffee-machine, kettle, satellite TV, hair-dryer, safe-box, iron and iron board upon request, terraces with the view of the sea or the fields.
