All houses have a first floor with a veranda apart from three houses that can accommodate 2 and 2/3 persons that have only a ground floor.

4 houses for 2 persons (from 35 to 75 m2) : 1 or 2 rooms, with double beds
5 houses for 2/3 persons (from 60 to 110 m2) : a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed for one person
1 house for 2/4 persons (110 m2) : a separate bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa-bed for one person
3 houses for 4/5 persons (from 100 to 130 m2) : two separate bedrooms with double beds or 4 single beds or one double bed and 2 single beds and, of course, one sofa-bed for one person
1 house for 4/6 persons (135 m2) : 2 separate bedrooms with one double bed, two single beds, 2 sofa-beds for one person.
All guest houses have heating, a kitchenette with a fridge and a small stove, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and basic utensils to prepare breakfast or quick snacks, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, a radio/CD player, verandas with furniture, views to the sea, the mountains or the village. There is no air-conditioning as the houses are located at 800 m height and summer nights tend to be cool.
