Total occupancy: 47 persons.
All guest houses are restored and blend in a harmonious way. Tastefully decorated in the local style, the houses are pleasant and are all very comfortable. All houses have a first floor with a veranda apart from three houses that can accommodate 2 and 2/3 persons that have only a ground floor.
The superior houses (see the price list) are larger in size.
4 houses for 2 persons (from 35 to 75 m2) : 1 or 2 rooms, with double beds
5 houses for 2/3 persons (from 60 to 110 m2) : a separate bedroom with a double bed and a sofa-bed for one person
1 house for 2/4 persons (110 m2) : a separate bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a sofa-bed for one person
4 houses for 4/5 persons (100 to 135 m2): two separate bedrooms with double beds or 4 single beds or one double bed and 2 single beds and a sofa-bed for 1 person
All guest houses have heating, a kitchenette with a fridge and a small stove, a coffee machine, an electric kettle and basic utensils to prepare breakfast or quick snacks, a living room with a fireplace, a bathroom with a shower, satellite TV, a radio/CD player, verandas with furniture, views to the sea, the mountains or the village.
Some of the houses have air-conditioning, but it is not always needed, as they are located at 800 m height and summer nights tend to be cool.
