One lounge area with a kitchenette and a dining area, a double bed (or twins), a futon (for 1 person), a bathroom, a 10m2 terrace for the studios located on the ground-floor and 20m2 for those on the 1st floor (possibility for an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old)
Apartments (45m2) for 3/4 people (4 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old):
Two rooms with a kitchenette and a dining area, a living room with a futon (that sleeps 2), a separate bedroom with a double bed (or twins), a bathroom, a 20m2 terrace (possibility for an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old)
They all have heating, air-conditioning, a kitchenette (with 2 electric hotplates and a small oven, fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and the basic cooking utensils), a bathroom (with shower), Wi-Fi Internet, a satellite TV and large furnished terraces, with garden view for the apartments on the ground floor and beautiful view to the Venetian fortress for the ones located on the 1st floor.
