The Primoula guest house is situated in the center of Zagori, in the traditional settlement of Ano Pedina, 35 km from Ioannina and 7 km from Vikos Gorge. Built in 1870, this old mansion, together with an independent house, has been converted into a charming guest house, with full respect to the local tradition.

9 rooms – 3 double, 4 double superior (2 of them can become triple) and 2 suites for 2 to 4 persons
Total capacity: 22 persons
The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Traditional decorative touches create a unique look and make each one look different from the other. Five rooms have a fireplace.
The triple rooms can host only a child up to 12 years as the third person.
The suites are situated in two separated buildings, just next to the guesthouse.
The suite for 2 persons (Akakia) disposes with a cosy sitting room with fireplace, a kitchenette (with basic utensils), a bathroom on the ground floor and an open bedroom on the loft. A beautiful, private yard offers a unique view of the entire settlement, the hills and the plain under the village.
The suite for 4 persons (Kedros) disposes with big living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with basic utensils, a double room (double bed) on the ground floor, a double room (double bed) on the first floor and a bathroom (with shower). 2 big verandas, one at each floor, have a unique view of the entire settlement, the hills and the plain under the village.
All rooms and the suites have individual controlled heating, fireplace (apart from two rooms), toilet with shower, hair- dryer, direct dial telephone, T.V. and DVD, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a view towards the village or the valley.
