12 studios and apartments: 2 Standard and 8 Superior studios for 2/4 persons, 2 apartments for 4/5 persons
Accomodation capacity: 40 persons
Studios and apartments are situated in 3 different buildings. All are recently renovated, functional, spacious and bright. The decoration is simple, but tasteful. Most of them have the view of the sea, apart from two that are at the ground floor and have the view of the well-kept garden.
The main building houses 2 apartments for 4/5 persons (on the 1st floor) and two superior studios for 2/3 persons (on the 2nd floor). One of the studios can accommodate fourth person in an extra bed.
All are very comfortable and have a beautiful view of the sea.
The two other buildings house 8 studios (all one-roomed) for 2/4 persons in the following way:
Standard studios are situated at the ground floor and have verandas with the view of the well-kept garden.
Superior studios are situated on the 1st and on the 2nd floor and dispose with big verandas with sea view. All of them can accommodate the fourth person in an extra bed.
The apartments for 4/5 persons are two-roomed and dispose with a living room with sofa-bed for 2 persons, small kitchenette (with basic utensils), a separate bedroom with a double bed. One of the apartments has one more single bed in the bedroom, which can accommodate the fifth person.
All dispose with air-condition, bathroom (shower/WC), small kitchenette (two stoves and a fridge), hair-drier, TV and big veranda with beautiful sea view.
The studios and the apartments of the main building have as well central heating.
