The apartment for 3 persons, approximately 30 sq. meters, is located on the first floor it has its own entrance and is made of 2 separate rooms. There is no balcony.
Just next to it, there is a double room of about 12 sq. meters with independent entrance and with its own bathroom. In a case of need, it can be connected to the apartment.
In order to access the common yard, which is not visible from the apartment, one goes around the main building, approx. 30m.
All have fully equipped kitchens or kitchenette with basic utensils (the room has only a refrigerator), bathroom with shower, radio, television, air conditioning, heating and furnished courtyard which is common to all the residents.
