Parnonas Mountain meets the Myrtoan Sea, the wonderful area of Zarakas captures those travellers that want to reach at the end of the world. Start your journey in order to discover the wild and natural beauty of the less touristic area of Lakonia.

The Medieval village of Monemvassia
The traditional villages on the road to Parnonas Mountain and the magnificent landscape on your way to Tripolis.
The wonderful seaside village Gerakas, at a distance of 37 km from Kyparissi, forms a natural fiord. The place is adequate for swimming. There is no beach, however the waters are crystal clear.

Richia, the traditional and very well preserved village, Evaggelistrias monastery as well as the folklor art museum, worth a visit. Stop by Kapsala village built by the inhabitants of Mani the 19th century, it can be compared with a real museum in terms of its sight-seeings (smooth road but not yet paved).

There is no chance to leave the region without visiting the Mediaval village of Monemvassia.
