The exceptional historical site of Lindos
The traditional villages in the inland
The beautiful beaches
The beautiful and very well preserved old town of Rhodes is surrounded by imposing medieval walls with seven majestic gates, built by the Knights of St. John.

Inside the walls, wander in the maze of narrow streets, admire the gothic buildings, Byzantine churches and beautiful Turkish mosques, an amazing mixture of East and West, and do not miss a stop at the small lively squares.

At 46 km from the capital, you will find the beautiful medieval village of Lindos with its stately homes, the steep, cobblestoned narrow streets, the colorful arches and courtyards, built at the foot of a cliff on top of which stands the imposing citadel offering breathtaking views.

Move away from the hordes of tourists and explore the southern part of the island, its variety of landscapes and lush, green meadows that are contrasting the steep cliffs on the coast.
