The Guest Inn General Sales Terms and Conditions concern all the services offered by Guest Inn and must be accepted by all users making a reservation through this site.

A.    Availability Requests undertaken by the Guest Inn Reservation Center
B.    Availability Requests undertaken directly by the accommodation owner
C.    Bookings made through the On Line Reservation System of the accommodation


These general conditions are applied to all services offered through this site.  
The use of the booking services concerns the purchaser having read these terms and conditions in full, prior to his order and have accepted them in totality.

Therefore, sending a booking request, causes the entire acceptance of the present terms of sales and the unconditional acceptance of all the conditions below.

A.    Availability Requests undertaken by the Guest Inn Reservation Center


Availability Requests are sent to the Guest Inn Reservation Center and not directly to the specific lodging. Guest Inn undertakes the execution of your reservation (Official License Nr 02 06 E 61 00 00771 01)
The Availability Request is not a confirmation and can be cancelled in anytime by the user. The reply to your request will be sent by e-mail.

The prices are quoted in euros (all legal taxes included), by room type either with breakfast or not.
During the season, if taxes change or there is a special offer, the room prices may also change.

Room reservations are paid on the basis of the prices that are given on the day of the reservation.

Confirmation of your Availability Request

Confirmation of your request is sent by e-mail within in 48 hours (2 working days). In case you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, kindly inform us by email directed to info@guestinn.com

Reservations and Payments

Request Confirmation
In order to confirm your request, you must pay part (min. amount 30.00 euros) or the full amount of the total cost no later than the deadline date requested by Guest Inn. After this deadline your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

For reservations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date full settlement must be sent immediately.
For reservations of 31 days and over a deposit of 30% must be made.

After reception of your payment you will receive the final confirmation of your reservation, as well as the confirmation of the exact amount, by e-mail.
Settlement must be made no later than 30 days prior to the date of your arrival.

With the full settlement you will receive by e-mail the e-voucher with the dates of your stay, the room type and the exact details of your lodging.

This e-voucher must be printed and shown at your arrival. Your stay includes all services mentioned on this voucher. Additional services are directly paid at the accommodation.

Terms of Payment

Credit Cards

VISA & MASTERCARD are accepted. The on-line payment is made through a Secured Bank system.

Bank Transfer

If your reservation is paid through a bank transfer, kindly send us the deposit receipt by fax: 0030 210 96 07 712 at the same day

All the bank charges are paid by the payer.

Personal checks are not accepted.

Αll payments are made to the Guest Inn Reservation Center located at the company offices : Kefallinias 34, 165 61 Glyfada, Athens, Greece. Guest Inn shall issue all the required legal documents. The e-voucher is sent to the client as soon as the total payment has been made.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 45 days prior to date of arrival :    €40 per reservation 
Cancellation 45 to 30 days prior to arrival date:    30% of total cost 
Cancellation 29 to 10 days prior to arrival date:    50% of total cost
Cancellation 9 or less days prior to arrival date:    100% of total cost
No show :    100% of total cost Interruption of stay:    no refund

Special Cancellation Policy for individual cottages

Cancellation up to 60 days prior to date of arrival :    10% of total cost
Cancellation 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date:    30% of total cost
Cancellation 45 to 30 days prior to arrival date:    50% of total cost
Cancellation 30 or less days prior to arrival date:    100% of total cost
No show :    100% of total cost Interruption of stay:    no refund

Refund in case of cancelation by the client
Refund procedure


In case of cancellation by the client, an email should be sent to the Guest Inn Reservation Centre.

Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will confirm the receipt of your cancellation and inform you about the cancellation fees applicable to your case, depending on the scale of cancellation charges (see chapters above).

You must inform us upon reception of our reply by e-mail confirming your cancellation, and authorize us to refund the amount paid, with the cancellation fees deducted.

Upon your authorization, the refund will be made within 45 days, by crediting your last credit card transaction (secure online), or by bank transfer if you chose this way of payment initially (the transfer fees being charged to the client).

These terms and conditions, and especially the cancellation policy, are obligatory read and accepted by the client when the availability request is made. These terms and conditions are also present, as a link, at all the steps of your booking process.

Complaints

For any complaint or problem, please contact the owner immediately.
In case that the problem is not resolved, please call Guest Inn (+30 2109607100). We will do our best to find a solution and help you to continue enjoy your holidays.

All complaints must be officially stated by the client, in writing, to the Guest Inn office within a maximum of 15 days from the departure date from the accommodation. After this deadline, no complains will be accepted.

For any litigation only the Greek courts are responsible.


B.    Availability Requests undertaken directly by the accommodation owner

The request form is sent simultaneously to the Guest Inn reservation center and to the accommodation. Therefore, the owner will reply and undertake directly your request.
In this case, only the accommodation’s General Sales Conditions are valid and will be applied by the owner. They engage the fully responsibility of the owner in the treatment and the follow up of your request (modification / cancellation / refund).

C.    Bookings made through the On Line Reservation System of the accommodation


In this case, only the accommodation’s General Sales Conditions are valid and will be applied by the owner. They engage the fully responsibility of the owner in the treatment and the follow up of your request (modification / cancellation / refund).

Guest Inn cannot be, in any case, responsible for the performance and the contained information of the Accommodation’s On Line booking system.
